Koftas for any Curry

These dumplings  koftas can be used in any gravy . But I normally use these koftas for Malai Kofta Curry. But choice is yours. :)

Ingredients:

Boiled and mashed Potatoes 3
Boiled Mixed vegetables(Gr Peas,Carots,Beans) 1 Cup
Grated Paneer 1/2 cup
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 Gr Chili fine chopped
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 Bread Crumbs
2 tb Sp Cornflour or allpurposeflour
Oil for frying.

Method:

First Grind boiled mix-veg into grinder in coarse. Then muslin cloth and tie the grinded veg to remove excess water. Take a bowl , add mashed potatoes,mix-veg,paneer and mix together. Then add all spices mention in ingredients. The resulting dough should be firm. If not add some bread crumbs ( only if you mess up) Season with salt. Make this dough into balls. Roll into perfect rounds. Coat it with some cornflour or allpurpose flour or you can use bread crumbs. Heat the oil kept aside to fry the koftas, on a medium flame. Deep fry these rounds till pale golden in colour. Drain on paper towels and keep aside.
Use thes koftas for any gravy. But very good in taste for malai kofta curry. :)
