Mixed Vegetables Curry

Readers,

You will definitely consider me fool at this stage that I am gonna tell
about such a simple recipe . But guys you really trust me here, I prepared with variery and
and taste was mouth watery.
And ingredienst used are easy to get and easy to prepared.

Ingredients 

2 Cup Frozen mixed vegetables
200 grm paneer's cubes(fried)
200 gm Pasta Tomato Souce
1 Oinion chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1-2 Green chilies (if needed)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
100 ml Cream
2 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustrd Seeds, Cumins Seeds (if desire)
2 tsspoon Coriander leaves for garnish.

Method

First of keep you frying pan on Hob. Pour oil in it.
Meanwhile keep frozen in bowl and put in microwave for 3 mins on Medium High speed.
Once oil become hot, add seeds in it. Once it is crackle, add onion ,
green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute well. Add salt in it. The reason behind is that it will absorb
moisture of Onion. and will cook soon.
After this, add all powders and saute well. Add Pasta sauce. Cook it for 5 mins.
Then add Mixed vegetables in it. Add some water according your thinkness constistency.
After 5 mins add cream and fried Panner cubes.
Keep it for another 5 mins and remove from stove and garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Tanduri Roti or chapati or rice. :)
