Peanut Chutney

Ingredients :
Peanuts 1 Cup
Red chili whole 2 small pieces
Chana dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Curry leaves 4-5
Asafetida 1 pinch
Green chili 3-4
Lime juice 1 tbsp
salt to taste

Procedure :
Roast peanut . Remove cover of it. Grind peanuts ,coriander powder,green chili,coriander leaves and salt in a fine paste with batter level consistency.
Give tadka with musturd seeds,jeera,red chili ,urad dal, chana dal ,curry leaves ,asafetida and pour onto paste. Mix well with lime jiuce.Serve this chutney with dosa or idli.

  1. If you want to get green colour of chutney, you can add coriander leaves while grinding. It will give green colour look. :)
