Tandoori Roti

There are varieties of Indian bread in India. The basic flour used for Indian Bread is Wheat flour,
but for variation of Indian bread ,all purpose floor is used.
Tandoori roti is basically made in clay oven hotels. but to make at home, we can use oven or simply can make on gas stove.
I am providing recipe based on gas stove.

Ingredients:
1) 1 cup all purpose flour/maida
2) salt to taste
3) pinch of baking powder/soda
4) 1 cup lukewarm water

Method:
1) First mix Maida, Baking powder and salt together.
2) Then add lukwarm water and knead the flour in the dough. The dough should be soft.
3) Wrap the dough in a cloth and let it rest for at least 1/2-1 hour.
4) Take small ball of dough and roll it to form a roti.Use flour for dusting.
5) Now roast it on gas from both the sides.
6) After brush butter on it.

Enjoy the roti with curry.. :)
