Capsicum curry

Yesterday it was very difficult to find out what to make in lunch. Then I found one capsicum in the fridge. Then got a click why not make a capsicum curry. This recipe is very simple and easy to make.
Please note down the procedure :

Ingredients :

2 Capsicum chopped
Gram flour 2 table sp.
1 onion chopped
2 green chilis chopped
3-4 curry leaves

Procedure :

Take a oil in pan. Once it is heated, add mustards,jeera,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves. Then add green chilies and onion. Once it is turn to brown color, add turmeric , red chili powder according to taste.
then add capsicum .Mix it well. Just add 1/4 cup water and add salt .and cover the pan with lid.
Once it is cooked and all water is evaporated from pan then add gram flour. Mix altogether.But make sure that all water is evaporated from pan.
After 5 mins remove curry from stove and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or jawar ki roti. :)
