Mango Lassi

Now spring is over and summer is started. feel like to drink something chilled and cool .
Now a days it is season of mangos too So why not make something mixture of sweet and sour to taste :)
Please find the nie recipe of Mango Lassi which will give some relief from high deg reaching temperature.


1 cup Milk
3 cups Plain yogurt
1 cup Water
1 cup Mango pulp
1/2 cup Sugar
1 oz Pistachios, ground
1/2 oz cashew and almond
3-4 ice cubes


In a mixer pot , combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp, and sugar. Grind well until completely mixed.
Take a glass , pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle the ground pistachios,cashew , almond pieces over the top.
and enjoy the lassi .. :)
